Yes. Dispensing mode tracks every batch and expiry using ERPNext’s native batch records, with balances read from the live stock ledger. Expired batches can never be selected - the block applies online and on offline replay.

Yes. The system auto-picks the first-to-expire batch (FEFO). A pharmacist can override to an in-date batch with a reason, but expired stock is always blocked.

You choose when reminders go out and the message, and patients can opt out. It’s an optional add-on you switch on per pharmacy.
